Terms of Service

By accessing or using the MODreal website (MODreal.store) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MODreal. By placing an order or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

MODreal offers two types of products:

3D Models (Digital Products)

Premium 3D furniture models available for download in multiple formats (.skp, .obj, .fbx, .stl). These are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase confirmation.

Physical Products

Real furniture items that are manufactured and shipped to your address. These include our curated furniture collections and custom-made pieces.

• Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD)
• Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe. We do not store your payment card information
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed
• Taxes: For US customers, all duties and taxes are included in the displayed price

Download Policy

• Download Window: Download links remain active for 3 days from purchase
• Download Limit: Each purchased model can be downloaded up to 3 times
• File Formats: Available in .skp (SketchUp), .obj, .fbx, and .stl formats
• Download Issues: If you experience download problems, contact us for assistance

License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a 3D model from MODreal, you receive:

• Personal Use: Use in personal projects, portfolio work, and non-commercial applications
• Commercial Use: Use in commercial projects created for clients (with purchased commercial license)
• Client Work: Incorporation into designs and presentations for your clients

Shipping Availability

Currently, we ship physical products to United States addresses only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the product. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our shipping process involves two stages to ensure reliable delivery from our manufacturing facilities to your doorstep:

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks

Once your order ships from our Los Angeles warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Digital Products (3D Models)

Physical Products

Standard Returns:

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately
• Provide photos of the damage as evidence
• We will offer a free replacement or full refund
• No return shipping required for damaged/defective items

Order Cancellation

• Digital Products: Cannot be cancelled once download has started
• Physical Products: Can be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Our Designer Program allows eligible designers to earn commissions by referring customers to MODreal.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Designer Program, you must have a total purchase history of $5,000 or more on MODreal.

Commission Structure

• 5% commission on all purchases made by referred customers
• Up to 15% for high-volume referrals (tiered based on referral sales)
• Commissions are calculated on the subtotal of referred purchases

Payout Terms

• Commissions are calculated and paid quarterly
• Minimum payout threshold: $100
• Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer
• Payout requests outside the quarterly schedule may incur processing fees

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in designs submitted to MODreal remain with the designer. However, by participating in the Designer Program, you grant MODreal a non-exclusive license to display and promote your submitted designs on our platform.

Our AI Render Service uses artificial intelligence to generate photorealistic renderings of your 3D models in realistic environments.

Service Process

1. Upload: Submit your 3D model file (.skp, .obj, .fbx, or .stl)
2. Reference: Provide reference images or describe the environment you want
3. Generate: Our AI creates multiple rendering options

Delivery

Renderings are delivered via email within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Revisions

1 free revision is included per order. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your renderings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MODreal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of 3D models in violation of the license terms
• We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier issues)

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MODreal services shall be resolved in the courts of California, USA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
