Digital Products (3D Models)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once you have downloaded a 3D model.
Please preview models carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues with a file, contact us for support at contact@modreal.store.
Physical Products
Standard Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately
- Provide photos of the damage as evidence
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for damaged/defective items
Order Cancellation
- Digital Products: Cannot be cancelled once download has started
- Physical Products: Can be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
