No. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the 3D model files is strictly prohibited. You may not:

• Upload models to other websites or platforms
• Share files with colleagues or friends
• Resell the models in their original or modified form
• Claim ownership of the original designs

These restrictions protect our designers and ensure the quality of our marketplace.

Our models are compatible with most major 3D software:

Currently, we ship physical products to addresses within the United States only.

We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other countries. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Total estimated delivery time: 4-6 weeks

Our shipping process has two stages:

• International transit: 2-3 weeks (from our facility to our US warehouse in Los Angeles)
• Domestic shipping: 1-2 weeks (from Los Angeles to your address)

Once your order ships domestically, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the product, as well as your shipping address.

The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout, before you complete your purchase. This ensures transparency with no hidden fees.

No! For US customers, all duties and taxes are included in the displayed price. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay — no surprises.

Standard returns:

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or defective items:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We offer free replacement or full refund
• No return shipping required

Our AI Render service creates photorealistic renderings of your 3D models in realistic environments:

• Step 1 — Upload: Submit your 3D model file (.skp, .obj, .fbx, or .stl)
• Step 2 — Reference: Provide reference images or describe the environment you want
• Step 3 — Generate: Our AI creates multiple rendering options for you

Renderings are delivered via email within 48 hours of order confirmation.

You'll receive multiple high-quality rendering options based on your reference images and specifications.

Yes! Each AI Render order includes 1 free revision.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your renderings. Additional revisions beyond the free one may incur extra fees.

To qualify for the Designer Program, you must have a total purchase history of $5,000 or more on MODreal.

This ensures that our Designer Program members are active users of our platform who can provide valuable referrals.

Designer Program members earn 5-15% commission on all purchases made by referred customers:

• Base rate: 5% commission on referred sales
• Tiered rates: Up to 15% for high-volume referrals

Commissions are calculated on the subtotal of referred purchases.

Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated and paid quarterly

Minimum Threshold: $100 minimum balance required for payout

Payment Methods:

Payout requests outside the quarterly schedule may incur processing fees.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the download has started. Please ensure you want to purchase before downloading.

Physical Products:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

AI Render Service:

Can be cancelled before rendering work begins. Contact us promptly to request cancellation.
